 After her win at the Junior equivalent of the Eastbourne tournament, Laura Robson got some valuable grasscourt experience that she has translated into Roehampton. The 14-year old easily made her way into the semifinals, losing only 3 games against compatriot Naomi Broady. Girls top seed seed Melanie Oudin continued her rampage through the tournament with another simple win. |

And then there were 3, on both sides. Mexican Cesar Ramirez was one of the 2 seeds that went out of the third round of the Roehampton tournament. With 7th seed Cedrik-Marcel Stebe also going out, only 3 seeded players remain, 8th seed Alexei Grigorov is the highest. The girls tournament continued among the same road as the boys, also losing 2 more seeds, 6th seed Johanna Konta and 7th seed Jessy Rompies. Top seed Melanie Oudin continued her strong run with an easy win. |
